I've used Next Step Floors several times over the last five years. They've also been a trusted preferred vendor for my real estate business. This week I was in a pinch with a home I'm listing and they jumped into action quickly to install new carpet less than 24 hours after contacting Sabrina. They were quick, efficient and communicative. Sabrina, Shon, and team are amazing. Look no further if you need a general contractor to get the job done. They were on time, professional, communication was impeccable. We are so happy with our bathroom and we will be using Next step floors when we are ready to do our flooring upstairs. I can’t say enough about the Customer Service, the ladies at the office, and all of the people that came out to our bathroom.
