MA Mortenson is by far the best company I've ever worked for, great pay and benefits, great leadership team. The cons are that they have foreman that don't have very good leadership skills and don't know how to manage the crews they are over, they are to buddy buddy with their crews and end up getting sloppy performance from them. To many chiefs and not enough Indians, they promote guys to foreman that should never be foreman and get rid of foreman that they never should've never got rid of. The Mortensen way has been forgotten because of some of the foreman are too close with the workers and they don't hold the workers accountable for their actions. Mortensen is by far the best company and loved working for them, I am extremely disappointed on the self perform they hire.
