They wouldn’t upgrade my computer to Windows 11 so I buy a new computer and then when I try to use their OneDrive there’s not enough data and then when I cancel it, they kind of wiped out all my files from my old computer and they’ve disappeared This company really sucks
I can't get Microsoft to help me with unlocking my email that allows me to gain access to my Microsoft Office account. I'm putting up with being told that they can't help me. The other chat for Microsoft wants $1 to either speak with a technician over the phone or in chat room. I'm thinking that Microsoft wants my payment. I'm thinking that these are lazy. The customer service stinks. Nobody that works for Microsoft cares.
Worst scamming company ever. You kicked me out of my MS account when I attempted to change our email. Now in order to get back in you automatically CUT OFF my use of all Microsoft products for 30 days. And after FOUR FREAKING hours on the chat with TWO non English speaking reps, I have to pay $9.99 to get back in to Office!! I paid for the full year!!!!
