Attempted a delivery here. 2 boxes..75 lbs each. The guy refused because it wasn't a liftgate delivery. It wasn't ordered that way. Now they are getting a redelivery charge and liftgate charges. When they could've just carried the 2 boxes in. I'd be mad if my reciever cost me this much money. Thought mgmnt should know.

Definitely one of the better lifetimes in the area. More classes than Scottsdale and Happy Valley with fun instructors. The rock climbing wall is actually open unlike the Scottsdale location. The pool has a nice basketball net and play area for kids. There are tennis courts. The gym floor is slightly smaller but seems very complete.

Today I dealt with Lifetime for the last time regrettably and was expecting a huge hassle to cancel my membership with them as I was no longer able to attend a club due to a recent move. The first rep I spoke to was Jonathon and he assured me that all would be well. There was a miscommunication on the email and I called back to straighten it out and Laurie was able to help take care of my request. I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with customer service. I would 1000% recommend this club and cannot thank them enough for their service and hospitality. I will definitely be back if I ever move near a club.
