Just Better installed our new AC unit several years ago and I’ve used them ever since for tuneups prior to summer use of the unit. Andrew was here to do our tuneup today and was great to deal with as I’ve found all of Just Best’s tech to be. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He said our unit was in great shape. He identified a part that does not yet need replacement, but I now have a heads up for its likely replacement at next year’s tuneup. Just Better installed a new unit for me 6 months ago. Very professional and timely and courteous. I needed helped installing a new Ecobee thermostat and Jordan (technician) was readily available to help me get it running even after the Ecobee support team could not. Great job Jordan!
