I had a nice pedicure from Phoebe, she was very attentive to detail when it came to the paint job. The staff was very friendly and make sure you're comfortable. I had an unpleasant first experience but they reached out to rectify it and asked me to come back in. I had a much better experience the next time.
I have gone to so many nail salons in Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix and this is by far THE BEST!!! J is phenomenal not only with color and designs, but his nail shaping ability that actually fit your specific finger/hand shape is NEXT LEVEL!! This is my new place for my nails!! I don’t review often, but J Nails far exceeds other places!
This was my first time here, and the staff was so kind and patient with me for running late. I even had to stay past their closing time to finish my pedicure, and they didn’t complain once. Great experience and employees!
