The Audiologist was very professional and good at explaining everything. I would give her 5 stars, the only reason I have not is because she referred me to another company, Hearing Care Solutions, from which to purchase the hearing aid and to return to her following that for fitting and future care. I had every intention of following through with it but was dissuaded after I read the reviews of this recommended vendor. They were among the worst reviews I have seen , One site had one five star and 11 one star reviews - nothing in between. A person would have to be crazy to deal with a firm after reading those. I have been going to Hearing Solutions of AZ for several years and it just gets better with each visit. Getting Hearing Aids is sometimes a difficult thing to adjust to but not here, it was pleasant, well-done, easy and reassuring. The entire staff is awesome!!!!!!!

I have been a patient at Hearing Solutions for 24 years now. They provided me with my first pair of hearing aids when I was 3 and have made sure I always have the most updated ones on the market every couple of years. I have no bad things to say about them! They will take care of you.
