I recently visited Hearing Solutions of Arizona, To get fitted for ear molds for my existing hearing aids. It was a quick and easy procedure. Sharon is always great with setting up appointments and Scott Is very patient in explaining the good and bad points of adding ear molds. The results are terrific. I am Hearing a lot better in noisy situations, like restaurants. I highly recommend Hearing Aleutians of Arizona.
The Audiologist was very professional and good at explaining everything. I would give her 5 stars, the only reason I have not is because she referred me to another company, Hearing Care Solutions, from which to purchase the hearing aid and to return to her following that for fitting and future care. I had every intention of following through with it but was dissuaded after I read the reviews of this recommended vendor. They were among the worst reviews I have seen , One site had one five star and 11 one star reviews - nothing in between. A person would have to be crazy to deal with a firm after reading those. Unfortunately they were the only vendor in the program where Cigna would contribute $2000. However I would rather lose that benefit than let myself in for the type of experiences described in those reviews. A pity as Hearing Solutions of Arizona themselves had great reviews.
I have been going to Hearing Solutions of AZ for several years and it just gets better with each visit. Getting Hearing Aids is sometimes a difficult thing to adjust to but not here, it was pleasant, well-done, easy and reassuring. The entire staff is awesome!!!!!!!
