Quana cut my hair several times. She is fantastic ! I’m ready for another cut and I ONLY want Quana to do it but the shop has closed and the rude people at the location in Ahwatukee say they’ve never heard of her. I contacted customer service and they were absolutely useless. Can someone help me find Quana ?

This was my second time going to Great Clips but this time it was at a different location (first location was in Frisco, Texas). I visited on Monday, September 18, 2023 and I had Alicya (or Alycia?). As an Asian male who has cut his own hair since COVID, I was quite pleased by Alycia and how attentive she was to details. She also listened to my requests and remained humble throughout, which I personally thought was very admirable. I specifically chose her because of the other reviews I read, and I can attest that I was quite satisfied in the end (despite the bad rap that Great Clips get from the general public). Alycia cut my hair and she literally made my dreams come true! She was super nice and had great customer service! She did exactly what I wanted and just exceeded my expectations! I love my hair now! Definitely coming back to her everytime!
