Only open till 8pm week days. Not as is currently posted on Yelp. I did not check in online so I expected to wait 30 minutes, but got right in with no wait because the online check in people weren't there at the time.
I'm not sure why all the bad reviews recently, but I found the staff very friendly and my haircut was quick and one of the better ones I have gotten. I am not from Tempe and was here on business, so I am not a frequent visitor to this Great Clips, but my experience was great.
The staff here were amazing and very polite. The online check in system that Great Clips has developed is great (pun intended)! I checked in online an hour before going because the wait time at the particular outlet I was going to, had a wait time of 89 minutes. I’d to wait for about 15 minutes at the salon as I reached early. The staff were very nice and friendly, but I can’t give this a 5 star rating because I didn’t like my haircut as much as I was hoping to.
