In my case. They didn't replace damaged wood, after sitting for 18 months. After complaining several times, they only came in and sanded down issues. I have photos. I have purchased 3 new homes in my lifetime. They have been the most negligent. Never again.

For any builder to not care about people but only filling their pockets! This is not a builder I am choosing. The community at Cooley Station is way overpriced, and from what I have seen for myself, is that the prices are currently higher than the appraised values. Please do your homework. Don't let Fulton take advantage of you.

Attention Veterans!!! Beware of Fulton Homes!... They do not care about Veterans or Laws protecting Veterans. There homes are currently over priced right now and comming in under appraised values. Forcing people to either pay the negative difference or walk away and they get to keep your Earnest money. Even though Vetrans have an escape clause to walk away and get back the Earnest due to under appraised of the purchase price. Fulton doesn't care about what the VA laws state or about the Veteran. They are just greedy. Never had any issues with any of my other homes in the past. If you want a new home, go to Tripointe, Taylor Morrison, or Toll Brothers.
