I highly recommend Shannon and the Five40 Remodeling team! We remodeled our entire downstairs (kitchen, half bath, laundry room, fireplace, moved several walls) and extended our exterior awning. He made the process as easy as possible and gave clear expectations. He frequently gave updates and stuck to the timeline. We lived in the house during the construction and were pleasantly surprised by how clean the team left the house at the end of each day. His crew was kind, respectful, friendly with our young kids, and did a fabulous job. We would hire Shannon again in a heartbeat. Thank you Five40 Remodeling!

Shannon and his crew did a great job with some major damage we had to our garage. Shannon was easy to work with as we went through the estimate process, and the work was done on time and high quality. We are considering Shannon for some other improvements we've been considering to our house.
