Really don’t know why/how this company exists, and why my apartment complex insists on using it. It’s just an extra layer of inefficiency that solves no problems and only makes it harder to take delivery of packages. I have a package that got to Tempe on this past Saturday, it is currently Monday and the package isn’t at the warehouse nor at my residence. I don’t know when/if I will receive what I bought. Is this some sort of money laundering front??

On 2/14/25 a Fetch driver (Serina W) didn’t follow proper procedure resulting in the loss of $6,000-$7,000 of personal belongings. My signature was forged and the driver did not take a photo of the package being dropped off at my door. Suspicious right? Fetch support ghosted me for a week, had zero conclusions, and came back thinking a $243 check would be sufficient. The lack of accountability and urgency is absolutely insulting! I will not simply “roll over” to a company that condones stealing from regular people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Some woman came banging on my door woke me up out of my sleep saying that a package was delivered here and her excuse for banging on my door was that she wanted make sure she woke me up come back at a timely manner disrespectful
