The scheduling delivery and especially the pickup option is really appreciated for me. I am able to have packages ranging from small to somewhat large all securely delivered to the warehouse and stored until my pick up time of choosing.
Jared and Roberto at the Phoenix-1 location have been very professional and helpful during my time here. Since we started to exclusively pick up our items at the warehouse, they have been very responsive and efficient. Jared also went above and beyond in location a lost package, which really shows the commitment in providing a good customer experience.

I really appreciate the scheduled delivery function, especially the pickup option. Knowing that my package will be stored in a secure place gives me peace of mind! This is something that shared lockers can’t always offer, especially since the larger ones are often shared with other people’s packages.
Jared and Roberto at the Phoenix-1 location have been especially helpful. They are always welcoming and conscientious when assisting customers, and they made both my partner and me feel genuinely welcomed when we first moved to this city.

All of the deliverers are very nice very respectful. Very friendly and even if you have a problem lifting your package to put inside they will do that for you. They will put it right inside the door. Keep up the good work.
