She took the time to ensure I fully understood my options and made the process feel calm, informed, and genuinely valuable. Her warmth, politeness, and professionalism extended not only to me but also to my friend when we visited together, which speaks volumes.
Wonderful staff and very helpful. My brother was in a serious accident and lost his glasses. They had his prescription so I walked in and they couldn't have been nicer. I received a replacement pair in less than 24 hours and they gave me a discount! I strongly recommend Eyeglass World to anyone looking for new glasses.
