Excellent! My husband and I underwent DEXA scans and VO2 Max testing at DexaFit Tempe. This was our first VO2 Max test, so we were a little unsure of what to expect, but David and Donovan put us at ease. For each test, they explained what would happen during the test, and they made us as comfortable as possible. They also took the time to understand our individual goals.
After the tests, David took a lot of time to review our results, explain what they meant, how we ranked for our age categories and suggested what we might set as our goal scores.
