came for infrared sauna, very pleased and grateful i found this place! it's a little hidden but not hard to find with the signs. i've done red light sauna therapy at one other place and it was good but in community style so you would enter the sauna with one or two other people. i prefer this place as you have the whole sauna and a small private room just for you. made me feel very relaxed and comfortable being alone. they provide thick towels and essential oils. friendly staff, will be back to try their other services!

Amazing therapy session options. I had cryo, then the red light therapy, and then a compression session. I have old roller derby injuries and recent injury to both knees. The cryo helped so much. I am going back regularly for the benefits. Kevin was knowledgable and addressed all my questions. He explained each therapy and the benefit of it beforehand. I went in nervous for my first cryo treatment and left happy and more relaxed than I have been in a long time. I am so thankful for Cryo Tempe's awesome array of services.

Great experience and felt amazing after. Compression on my hips worked great and the process is painless. The cryo was COLD!!! But that is why we are there. 3min at -200 was intense, but staff was with me thru the whole process and made me very comfortable! Highly recommend, thanks.
