In September 2015 I bought an Air Conditioner from Donnie Reed of Crescent Mechanical LLC and he told me the warranty was for ten years parts and compressor with 2 year workmanship. Donnie Reed and I signed an agreement to that on 9/17/2015.On June 11, 2020 the air conditioner was not blowing cold air, I called Donnie and left a message. Later in the day I felt it started working so I called him back and left a message and told him it was working. That same day it started blowing hot air again. We own a 4-plex near downtown Chandler. We needed a new HVAC company and called on the Crescent Mechanical team. They did a thorough check of the units and helped us solve an issue with one of the thermostats. They were very professional to deal with and followed up with relevant recommendations since our units are older. They did not try to sell us anything we did not need (yet) but honest about the age / condition of our units and helped us start thinking about future HVAC needs. I recommend them and we will definitely call on them again for our annual checkup and any other needs we might have.
