I have a wide gap at the end of my siding and they have refused to provide me with the information about the materials used and the manufacturer's warranty information as well as whether it was installed properly. I've already been trying to communicate with them for nearly a month. I don't know what the problem is or why this weird foam is in place. I've been told by one general contractor that the foam shouldn't be there and that they don't know how it passed inspection. I'm just trying to gather info.
