I worked her for about 2 almost 3 years, I love that they have great benefits and the Lynchburg location was great on employee appreciation! Of all the different jobs I've held (including the U.S Army) this was one of my favorites! The ability to work from home also was a great help when my daughter got extremely sick. Definitely recommend them!

Where i work . it's ok but dont expect any good data conmection while inside. and dont expect anything except junk food and energy drinks. no phones, no books, no drawing. unhealthy work environment

Do not work for this company. TLDR at the bottom.I worked for them for the beginning of 2020. My job position was falsely advertised as "customer service" when it was indeed a RETENTION position. Despite this red flag I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Their floor support chooses selectively which agents they assist, and this was only amplified by the pandemic once positions transitioned to remote work. This was the official reason for my resignation without notice. They issued me a W2 with the incorrect EIN.
