Horrible place- my oncologist sent me here for a bone marrow biopsy. Tried to schedule in Jan last year and they wanted 95% of my deductible, which I hadn't paid down because it was the beginning of the year. Told them forget it and called later in the year after I met my deductible. Spoke to Liz and she was very rude, wouldn't give me an estimate other than to say it would be thousands, kept interrupting me when I asked questions. I asked to speak to someone else and she says "I'm the only one here". Really!? I ended up switching oncologists to Honor Health so I can finally get this procesure done with a reputable hospital.
