Can't recommend enough. Thought I needed a new motor and they came and worked their magic, hard resets, some prop cleaning AND NO CHARGE as claimed it was an inspection only. Hard to find honest, reliable companies in these days and I can say Captain Pools is one of them. They could have said the motor was bad and I would have had no idea.
Scott went above and beyond helping me out. I'm not the best with technology, but he was very patient with me came out. And walked me through, it can't say enough good things about him. He definitely needs a raise LOL
But all in all a very good man. Definitely an asset to your team.
Back in January of this year, I had Captain Pools change out my old sand filter for a cartridge type filter and they did a very good job with that. Over the last couple of months though, I had noticed that the union fitting on top of the pump was leaking a little water during pump operation. Although I don't like ANY leaks, I kept putting it off. Several days ago I called Captain Pools and asked them if they could look at it. Anyway, they arrived today and discovered the fitting was just a little loose so it ended up being a very quick fix. I'm glad they were able to respond quickly to my request, diagnose the issue and fix the problem. I'll continue to use Captain Pools...read full review
