First and foremost, Armand at CallOrange Garage Door Repair was incredibly responsive! I called in with a broken spring, and he was able to service my garage door within about an hour. Not only was he professional, he made sure I understood what parts needed to be replaced, the costs and what to expect in the future with this particular opener which is 20+ years old now. I'll be calling these guys next time I have a garage door issue. Thank you for the prompt solution to my problem today!
Gerard could have easily billed me for triple the amount but he actually talked me out of doing a couple things because they weren't actually necessary and would've just cost me more money. And he got the job done way faster than I thought possible. Friendly and helpful to boot. You should be your new locksmith.
Got back to me right away to schedule a time for the service. Was right on time and replaced my key for me quickly and had great communication. 10/10 service would use again! Gerard was great!
