I work for Bayada and it has been one of the best healthcare companies I’ve ever worked for. The entire staff is awesome, many hours, great pay and benefits. I work at the Bayada in Tempe AZ and I highly recommend this company to all healthcare workers. Also, I would like to give Stephanie in HR a huge thank you for all that you do and to Scheduling team for putting in much time and effort to keep employees with clients.
I have been blessed to work here at bayada. Mike c. Is wonderful. Even when I call him ten times a day for shifts. The clientele is diverse in many ways. I learn something each and everyday with the poeple I work with also. I am paid well. Most companies want to pay minimum wage. I cannot believe companies want to pay that and expect their employees to stick around. Not bayada they pay is above average. And if you are good at your job, you are kept busy. There is no such thing as a perfect company. But this company comes pretty darn close. After working in this field for 25 years I am finally getting paid what I'm worth.
So very thankful for the Bayada staff and in-home caregivers during a very trying time in our lives. The caregivers were very courteous and provided exceptional care day and night! I won't have to think twice about who to call if in-home care services are ever needed again!
