When we got a citation for our windshield we were devastated really depressed; something we could NOT afford. I called a couple of places and was shocked to hear the prices $800 to $1000. One business I called had a press the button menu that led me on a rabbit trail to “Goodbye!” When I called The Auto Glass Shop I reached a very happy voice message and two options AND the he said make it a great day!! Jessica was very Polite and I told her we have to get it done over weekend she asked where I was located; I said Benson, she politely asked if we could come to Tucson as since one of their techs could meet us in Tucson. When I asked her the cost she said please let me check. She came back and said they could cut the cost if chose to do the calibration later. She confirmed our appointment said the Tech you’ll call us on Tuesday when he was on his way. She asked us to call when we arrived in Tucson. This company has an excellent message service! Jessica and I called each other 6 times in the two hours while we waited. Six phone calls rang back with different people and a professional attitude. Now wait. . . for the tech. David! He asked if we waited long or needed water. David explained what he would be doing. He was fast and efficient In 35 minutes!! Thank You The Auto Glass Shop!!!
