Robert did a great job. The only thing we needed was a copy of the service slip that was readable. We were able to talk to Robert about it. I would just suggest that your company provides a service slip copy that is readable. (Even our printed name & address was hard to read.)We will continue to use your service

We have been customers of Arrow Exterminators for years and they have had a bit of employee turn over, but never to the extent that we were ever disappointed. The last treatment was below our expectations and the supervisor, Robert came out personally to ensure our satisfaction. He reapplied our treatment, spoke with us about our needs and instead of throwing his employee under a bus, used it as a teachable moment! That's leadership and how you retain customers. I have used Arrow Exterminators for years and never have had any problems with unwanted pests in my home. Every tech I've had has gone out of his way to make sure that they check to see if I have any ant hills or if I have cobwebs and they even put little sticky pads in my garage to keep out unwanted critters. I wholeheartedly recommend Arrow Exterminators as a top-notch exterminating company that goes above and beyond to keep their customers happy!
