I’ve tried a few yoga spots in the past, but this place feels like home! It’s welcoming, well decorated, CLEAN, and super relaxing. All levels truly felt welcome whether you need help trying something new to advance, or if you’re a newbie that needs to take a break during side plants (me!!). I’ve even recommended this to my coworkers who have gone with me and they’ve only left feeling better and more relaxed. I love going to see Kami because she is so personable and really knows what she’s doing. I have been going to this studio for 10 years. The atmosphere and instructors are welcoming and open. The flow always brings me a steady, energizing feeling. So grateful the doors are still open
Love this yoga studio. Not only because of the fact that you don't need an app, or need to book a spot, but also the fact that it's donation based, and such a little hidden gem. The instructors are also such kind people, who really know what they're doing. Highly recommend!!
