Josh performed the fall check-up for my A/C & heating units. He took the time to do a thorough job and explained what he did. I have been a customer for over 20 years and with friendly and knowledgeable technicians like Josh I will be a customer for another 20 years. My dog really liked Josh so there is nothing further to say.

We have beeen using AHR Mechanical since we moved into our house 6 years ago. They have always been prompt, reliable and professional. They installed 2 new air condioners last December. They inspected them in the spring and came back to check and make sure the heat pumps were working before winter. Josh and Deshawn were the technicians and they couldn't have been nicer. They found that one of our vents had a grid that had fallen back and the air wasn't coming through into the office. They fixed it and we now have AC in the office and have peace of mind that the heat pumps will be working efficiently when the days get colder. They always go above and beyond.

Called Mike after a referral from my father regarding an issue with my AC unit. Always happens on the hottest of summer days in AZ. Mike returned my call with 15 mins and was very friendly, forthright, and helpful. He told me the tech would be to my house within an hour and 15 minutes, but Nate actually arrived with 45. Nate was extremely friendly and had the repair completed very quickly. I even signed up for the cactus program, as my 7yo units could use annual preventative maintenance. Honest, reliable, fairs prices, and good service. Hard to ask for more these days!
