After visiting about five different places that carry quartz slabs, I found my favorite ones at Arista Stone. I was specifically looking for white quartz with gray, marble-like veining, and Arista had the best selection for what I had in mind. I wish I had known earlier that many slab suppliers, including Arista, have live inventory available online, it would have saved me a lot of time driving around. It's such a helpful feature, especially when new slabs arrive too. The staff at Arista were friendly and knowledgeable.
