Absolutely fantastic customer service!! We bought doors from this company over 8 years ago and they've been outstanding this whole time. We recently broke one of our handles and it turns out that model is discontinued. That didn't stop them from helping us though - we had 3 people jumping through hoops to try to help us find a solution which they did!These people are a top quality team and I'd do business with them again in an instant.

We shopped 3 manufacturers in the area and Allied had the best quality hands down.Derrick our salesperson was wonderful at helping us choose options and features. He described the process and set expectations so we were well informed every step of the process.The installation was careful and well executed with no damage to our stucco nor interior or exterior tiles.We are very pleased.

Wonderful experience start to finish. The door is excellent quality, and the installation was careful & well executed with no damage to our stucco nor floor tile. Derrick was our salesperson. He was thorough and explained every step of the way what to expect. And it went off exactly as described... no surprises. We shopped several iron door companies in the area, and Allied has the best product hands down.
