First off I’d like to mention that I had an excellent experience with A/C experts! Kid came out and gave a great presentation for a new A/C system install. He was knowledgeable and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. On top of all that, we received a high quality system at an affordable and fair price. Their proposal far exceeded the other proposals that I received from other companies. Louis and Alex showed up to do our install. These technicians did a great job installing our new system and were friendly and polite throughout the whole process. Not only did Kid do maintenance work on our fairly new a/c unit, he cleaned the ducts, installed a new filter system and showed me how to replace the batteries in the thermostat. I am pleased with his customer service. This is not my first rodeo with A/C Experts. If they are good, why change?
