⚠️ WARNING DO NOT GO HERE ⚠️Let me start off by saying this place has ZERO regards for their patients.They are quick to bill the insurance for 6 months but still having zero idea what’s wrong with me.Making the patient feel like it’s their fault for not knowing the underlining cause when trying to advocate for themselves.In the doctor’s words“Must be having some type of placebo effect.”Instead of looking further into this heArgued with me about what else I could do to see what’s going on.In his own words “You didn’t make an appointment this is free help. I am searching for a new primary dr. Called this place to establish as a new patient and the front desk could NOT get my name spelled correctly. Sent me a username to set up a portal and it was a wrong name! I called back and she said she fixed it and I would get a new email. That new email never came to set up a correct patient portal so I called a third time. A different lady answered , told me it was not their problem when/if an email came and HUNG UP on me. I called today to cancel my appointment, told the woman (sounded like the one who hung up on me last week) and told her I was treated rudely by the scheduling office and no apology, no trying to make it right,...read full review
