From the first day we met Dan, to the day of closing, Dan was all in. We had some unsual requests with our sale and Dan was happy to oblige. He never made us feel like we had to do something we didn't want to do and that was very important to us. He supported our wants and needs all while providing best in class service. Even when we had an issue with our buyers loan, Dan hopped on the phone with the regional manager of the loan company instantly, you can't ask for more. Truly a great experience. Dan hit a grand slam for us with our home purchase, I cannot say enough good things about our experience. He was always available to help and made me feel like I was his only client. Our miracle that Dan made happen was closing on our home purchase the same day as our sale. Absolutely the best!
Just closed an escrow transaction with Dan Popa. We hit a few snags with the buyers lender on a three transaction deal. Dan got involved and helped out with getting updates from the lender. He kept a cool head and was great at communicating with me as the escrow officer. Hope to work with Dan again on the near future.
