Recently had a foot detox for my birthday and enjoyed a red light blanket. Carissa and everyone that works here are very welcoming and kind. There is a lot of knowledge with really high quality practitioners here. Highly recommend booking a service!!
Beautiful space! Very peaceful and relaxing! The practitioners working in Synergistic Living truly have a heart to help people with chronic pain. Each Massage Therapist has their own specialty, but all of them are well versed in the basic Swedish and Deep Tissue modalities. They all take the time to listen to your concerns and work hard to address your trouble areas during each session. If you want a massage tailored to you and your concerns, and not a cookie-cutter massage, this is DEFINITELY the place to go! Call ahead for scheduling, because they are by appointment only.
I have received a few massages at Synergistic Living and the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by Carissa and relaxed by the atmosphere. I get my massages done by Melissa and she is incredibly professional and attentive. She took the time to understand my specific needs and concerns, I was experiencing upper body tension, sciatica, postpartum pain and stress. During the massage Melissa used a combination of techniques that were both relaxing and incredibly effective. She knew exactly where to pinpoint the pain and applied techniques.
