Recently had new carpet installed in our bedrooms! Great experience overall. Fair price, quick (they were able to install the carpet in less than a week), special shoutout to Joey and Eric (father and son team) who came to do the installation. Very professional and they did an awesome job! Would certainly recommend and you get to support a local business!
We are so happy with the flooring tile put in by this company. We used them last year for our own house and recommended them for our daughters new house. Carpet removed and tile installed to match up with existing tile. Looks perfect. Kris, Store Manager is great at recommendations on how to chose what would look best and the execution of the plan. Manny and his co worker (don't know his name) did an excellent job. Timeliness, installation of the flooring and communication were great. Will definitely go to them again!
We recently had Surprise Flooring do a floor tile project on our home and we could not be happier with the results. From Kris the project manager to the installers they were all on time and extremely professional. They were also very quick to get the job completed from start to finish. The project was a little difficult for our job but the installers went way beyond what one would expect to make sure it was done correctly and that we were happy. The showroom has everything one could need to make a selection and they are very agreeable with letting you take samples home to make sure it works. Glad we picked Surprise Flooring!
