I know some people get anxiety going to a new Dentist. My experience was Easy from the start. The Office is very clean. I was greeted with Kindness and smiles . The staff here are very professional. I know I have in the past anxious feelings regarding Dentist however I have work to be done. I met the hygienist and Dr. who treated me with respect and professionalism. Surprise Family Dentistry is just what the name states a Family. I was relaxed the whole visit. I appreciate everyone here. Thank you!

Love this place and how I get treated! The ladies at the front desk are amazing, Dr. Olyer is the best and Rachel the hygienist was also GREAT!! 10/10 would recommend.

Well… Let me tell you!
We hit it off from the first phone call. You know.. love at first sight kinda thing haha I’m speaking specifically with Ms. Toni at the front desk. She is very professional and down to earth real. My kind of lady!
I just went to my first appointment today. The ladies in these office are nothing short of spectacular. They are very personable and genuine. They made us feel like we have been there tons of times before. The doctor is also personable and we really enjoyed speaking and laughing with her. To the other ladies in the office, you are amazing. Thank you for putting up with my daughter and I antics. Especially you Ms. Rachel! You should get a bonus for dealing with us.
We had a great time. We look forward to seeing y’all again. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.
10 out of 10 isn’t enough for this office they exceed it.

I have found my new dentist. I have just moved to Surprise and have been looking for a dentist. My wife called The office spoke to the office manager Toni, My wife remembered her name as my name is Tony as well, she said that just from talking to her it seemed like she new her. Friendly, and extremely polite. We are able to get seen for our first visits together for a new patient exam and dental cleaning. The moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces and the atmosphere just felt homely. I do not like going to the dentist but my wife drags me at least twice a year. While sitting in the back room waiting to see the dentist one of the girls stopped in and said Hi Iam One of the assistants can I get you a water while you are waiting? I can hear my wife next to me laughing having a good old time. I said how about you get me what my wife is having in the next room, she said oh that’s the doctor you’re gonna love her she will be right in. Dr. Oyler came in introduced herself and we started talking about where we are from and how long we have been in Arizona. Long story short we start laughing my wife comes over to me and says see I knew you would like it here. My wife was right I actually enjoyed my first ever dental visit in 60 years. I had to write this review and I do not write reviews either so this must mean something. No one likes going to the dentist you usually get told you need this or need that. Well I know I needed a crown which the doctor said to me when ever you have the time let’s get that fixed no pressure no upity sales pitch just the honest truth. If you are in need of the best dental experience and dental office you must check out Surprise family dentistry, these ladies are the real deal. It’s like family and you will feel that way too. Looking forward to seeing them again for my crown work. Oh I could not get my wife to leave she love them too. Thank you ladies for making us feel special and treating us like family.

Revised 5-12-2026: iam going to say it again just left the office had my fillings done today. I cant be more happier that I have found these ladies Amanda and Rachel the hygienist are rock stars at cleaning teeth, gentle and kind and funny. Dr. Christie has the most contagious laugh and the best bedside manner makes you feel right at ease. Paige and Laureen the dental assistant are very knowledgeable and answered my questions about my fillings today. They are truly professonal and amazing. The office it feels like family. First review: Hands down the best dental office and experince I have ever had. Walk in the front office manager Toni is super friendly and treats you like she has known you for years. Lori the front off insurance lady knows everything you need to know about your insurance benefits. Dr. Oyler is happy, funny and amazing at what she does. These woman are all very professional and friendly I would not go anywhere else. If you are looking for a new dental office in Surprise you need to go see them you will love it like I do. Thank you ladies for such a great visit.
