We’ve had such an incredible experience with Dr. Kalin and her office. One of the things that truly sets her apart is her availability—being able to reach her on nights and weekends for Emergencies has been unbelievably helpful for our family.
Most recently, my husband was going through a painful rheumatoid arthritis flare-up on a Sunday, and Dr. Kalin was there for us. She ultimately saved us a stressful and costly emergency room visit. Over the past couple of years, she’s done this more than once—helping us avoid multiple urgent care trips with her responsiveness and expertise.
My family has had the honor of being one of the first families with Surprise care. I belive it has been 9-10 years. Kalin and Matt and their staff including their wonderful mother who is the receptionist are kind and thorough. Kalin has supported me personally through major medical issues with my heart and lungs. She ensures the specialists she refers me to are quality. As a full-time working individual their flexibility is so incredibly supportive of allowing me to take care of my health needs. I'm not sure what we would do without Surprise Care.
