The lady did not do what I asked for she gave me a bad fade me me look like stupid, gave me what looks like a ramp on the back of my head and did not stop when I asked 3x

I got my hair cut by Rocio, she was super friendly and asked questions to feel out exactly what I was looking to get done, She also was very quick and efficient. Everyone else was nice as well and the place was very clean!

The app doesn't work, twice I've had an app appointment only to have it not honored. Ari was supposed to arrive at 1:00 pm. She wandered in at 1:30. My appointment was at 1:00 and I had to pick up my wife at the airport. Then I found out that another person was scheduled before me. It was a real circus. There's no way this store will survive in Surprise. I will never go back to that shop and I had brought in my daughter for a cut and she was really upset because the kids were there with us and witnessed this debacle.

Use of the app was great and minimized wait time.Stylist: Brittni was fantastic as always, took the time to really do the cut and service right. I appreciate the time she takes and checking to see if there was anything else I needed. Wonderful service.

I have had Noelle cut my hair several times even at a previous location prior to Sterling Grove opening. She has consistently done a superb job on my hair, providing MVP service to make the entire experience a pleasant one. I love having Noelle doing my hair each time and not switching stylists. She knows the client and the hairs particular colic and cut the perfect length. Noelle is always pleasant, professional and provides a relaxing experience. I always get comments on my haircut and I thank Noelle for that.Stylist: Noelle at Sports Clips is my choice to have my hair cut with the MVP service. I have observed her interaction with other clients and is always pleasant and professional and she works at the pace for the needs of client, whether young or older, and enjoys her work. My stylist choice will always be Noelle. Thank you.

Our stylist did an amazing job on my 3 year old wiggly boy! She was so amazing and so patient with him! He loves getting haircuts. Great experience. His first time not at a kids salon and he loved it!
