Spooner Physical Therapy was great, especially Amanda. She was very experienced. All of the therapists were great when working with me on exercises as well. I won’t hesitate to refer my friends and family to Spooner.
The Spooner PT Staff at Surprise City Center were very professional and courteous. They were very attentive to my questions and concerns. They offered solutions and provided excellent exercises to eliminate my pain and gave me the ability to physically move comfortably again. It is very easy to schedule appointments. I would use Spooner again and highly recommend them for their excellent expertise in helping clients to be mobile with ease.
I needed to transfer from another facility. I spoke with Amanda on 2/4/25 who was very kind and attentive. She heard me and validated me. I’m very much looking forward to having therapy through Spooner Surprise City Center!
Update: Amanda and William worked with me. They were professional, kind, caring and gentle. I was not able to continue care through Spooner (due to an insurance change) and they showed me what to do from home.
I am so much better now! I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to have such skilled individuals as a part of my care plan!
I recommend this particular location! 5 stars plus!
