My dad had a wonderful experience with this facility. All staff members are kind, professional, and genuinely caring. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well organized. My father recently spent some time in rehab at Santé of Surprise, and while most of the staff are great, I want to particularly acknowledge Anna from the CNA team and Riley from the physical therapy team who regularly went above and beyond to provide the best care possible for my father.
