Dr. Pierrend is a very good Dr. Never have to wait a long time in the waiting room, and he seems to be thorough. If I would have any complaint it would be when the assistant calls you with test results. If it's cut and dry, there is no problem, but if you have questions about the test results, she doesn't have answers other than suggesting to make another appt. to speak with the Dr. Maybe if there are anything but absolutely normal results, they should just call and assist in making an appt. with the Dr. to thoroughly discuss any questions.

For the last 10 years, me and my family have been with PMG. Dr. Arpino is great and Dr. Mescher is awesome. She found my cancer on it's initial stage and now I am cancer free. Thank you Debbie.

Dr. Jose Pierrend with Phoenix Medical Group in Surprise, Arizona is an awesome doctor! He always takes the time to hear my concerns and always develops a plan of action tailored to my health issues. He never rushes a visit and always takes the necessary time needed to diagnose my issue(s). The Office Staff are always professional, courteous and very friendly. The waiting area and the patient rooms are always very clean. Great Customer Service!
