I tolerated mistake after mistake from this clinic for years before finally switching to a competent clinic earlier this year. The people were nice, so I kept giving them another chance.

On more than one occasion they did not send prescription orders, forcing me to keep calling them repeatedly until it would be sent.

On more than one occasion they messed up orders for blood work. Once I even fasted overnight and went to get blood drawn, but was turned away because the clinic had failed to process the order. They even screwed up an appointment time once.

Even after this negative review and me specifically asking them many times to delete me from their marketing list - I still get a call today 11/20/24 - a marketing robo call asking me to come to their clinic. PFMC Surprise, if you were the last clinic in AZ I still would not go!

** Attention: if you like poor care, poor service and lot's of marketing calls, this is the place for you! **

I have been going to this clinic for many years and now I will never return. I have several reasons, and if you’re considering visiting this location, please be aware and read on.

I had a visit with this office in February of 2024. I receive a bill for a co-payment of $75. This is incorrect as my co-pay is $40. The billing department does not have a phone number. If you contact the office or the main office, they refer you to the email address on the bill for any issues. So I did that.
