Front desk lady was so rude and a nasty attitude and the way she spoke. But once i was called back the medical assistant was so kind and put me on ease. The doctor was kind and listened to my concerns. I made my follow up and hopefully it was just a bad day for this front desk and next time our encounter will be better. Most definitely will consider if ill be going back for my follow up.
I can’t tell you how happy I am with Optum in Surprise. My primary, Naomi is the best. She is kind funny answers all my questions and spends time with me. I feel like I could tell her anything without judgement. I couldn’t be happier. The phlebotomist in the office is also the best. She is kind and does blood work without even feeling it. She is the best.
Now actually Optum, but this office has the best most caring staff,, on an already busy day a mixup in the communication making my appointment meant that I was only scheduled for a very quick in and out consultation, I thought I was scheduled for a full physical, they still got me taken care of even after warning me they probably do not have time to fulfill all my requests, as well as took the time to go over some scans a different Dr did not explain well,,, highly recommend this office!!!
