I would highly recommend John. He was friendly, attentive, detail, oriented and fixed our computer.In a timely manner. He also came to our house to pick up the computer and came back to return the computer once it was fixed which we appreciated. He also followed up a few days after he returned the computer to make sure everything was working fine.
I was looking for some help with my laptop (I had been very remise when it came to updating the necessary things) and of course I needed it fixed sooner than later.
I called John Wednesday @ 11am and told him wasn't working and he told me he'd happily check it out. By 4pm he stopped by to pick it up since he was in the area. By 6:52 Friday evening my computer repairs were fixed. I am blown away at his expertise, his commitment to his business and his customers. He will also be dropping it back off to me as well. I am happy to now have a computer guru to help me with my laptop needs.

STOP!!?. This is your guy. He is hands down the best I’ve found in the valley.
I do most of my own work on my PC’s and Mac’s. That being said, I had an older MacBook Pro I wanted to replace the battery in for a friend to start using casually. In this particular Model it was more than I wanted to deal with. So I found JB Computer Networking & Repair. The reviews were good so I decided to give them a try.
John went above and beyond. His communication is excellent, he’s transparent with both what needs to be done and what the cost will be. He is flexible and will work with you around your schedule as well as very knowledgeable.
