Absolute pleasure to work with! Everything was completed way faster than I expected and everything that went wrong, including other things that I didn't even know was wrong, was all very well explained and then corrected at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about the services provided and will for sure be returning for all of my computer needs!
I came to John looking for a diagnosis for my custom gaming PC which started randomly crashing with a black screen lately. John quickly made himself available to start diagnosing and made sure to look at every component in the PC. After some time, John came up with the diagnosis and even after I received the PC back, any further questions or help I needed, John was there to support. In the end John gave me many recommendations on part brands, components, and always went above and beyond to make sure I was going to end with a working PC again. I will be going back to John for any PC needs in the future.
