I contacted Golden Touch because I had previously had my carpets cleaned and it left a weird smell in my son’s room. Lance came out right away and cleaned my son’s room and the smell is gone!! He also cleaned my rug in the living room that has never been cleaned and it looks brand new. Lance is professional and super nice!! Lance is awesome and it was a pleasure to have him here. Our windows just sparkle and he took the time to explain where we had some issues with the seals on our double panel windows. I will be calling to have him come back to do carpet and tile. Thanks Lance.
