Theresa is very knowledgeable and knows what to do- and how to fix your previous mistakes. She is not just in it to make a buck- she does a great job. She will tell you what she can or may not be able to do. I trusted her for permanent eyeliner and am very happy with the results. It was money well spent! Give her a call !
