Dr Smith is the BEST eye Dr. I've ever had, hands down! We used to go to another Dr. in Surprise, and I thought he was real good till we went to Dr. Smith. She is so nice, extremely accurate, uses up to date equipment and she remembers you and your family. I will never go to another Dr!
Dr. Rachael Smith is a knowledgeable, competent and very reassuring ophthalmologist! The contact lens exam was thorough, concise and she answered all my questions without criticism or dismay.
Dr Rachel smith is kind, patient, knowledgeable and a very engaged eye dr. She confirms things I’ve not had other drs even ask me having worn contacts for over 30 years I would highly recommend her. Her and her entire staff at target optical in surprise are exceptional people!
