I had a great experience with Dr. Lee's office today. I took my mom and myself for exams. His staff was friendly as can be. My mom was getting an eye exam and new glasses. They took great care of her. I had to get an exam myself and it was also my first time being fitted for contacts. Fast, efficient. Dr. Lee's assistant was super friendly and funny. Dr. Lee was great and he and his assistant took great care. I was nervous about getting contact lenses. But they made the process easy and now I can see so much better.

Look for price sales... sometimes you can get 40-30 % off. If you don't see what you like within a few weeks.. a new fashion will pop up... optometrist on site.. friendly staff... no appointment needed unless you need to see the optometrist first. Don't sit near the door to get your eye exam.. sit closer to the front desk. The light coming through the window Will throw off your measurements while fitting your glasses. Walk outside to look around with the glasses you want ( especially sun glasses... clean place. Depending on the person that helps you sometimes it feels rushed to select a pair of glasses. Just be up front & honest. Take your time.. this is a huge investment. Use your vision insurance.. it saved me over $1200. There's no need to pick glasses the same day if you're not comfortable.. take your time and make the right choice for you... not the sales person. I found out there is no such thing as "scratch resistant glasses! I paid for scratch resistant once. Get the 1 yr protection plan for an additional $49.00... just do it.. trust me!
Andrea and Hanna went above and beyond for myself and my nephew!! they were wonderful from the moment we walked into the door and were super patient with us. i tried on a ton of pairs and they never made me feel pressured or unwelcomed! Andrea and Hanna both tried to find a pair that worked really well for me, they knew i wanted something unique and fun and didn't give up till we found a pair that worked!! and my nephew found a pair as well. excellent customer service was provided from beginning to end. they even reminded me to get the protection plan and i really appreciate when associates ask me if i want that, because im forgetful! thanks Hanna and Andrea!!!
