I now have used this company twice and they continue to impress. Had a REALLY tough stair area - so bad I thought I’d have to replace carpet. I also wasn’t sure about the carpet buckling in one spot - it didn’t in the end. But what I so appreciated is their attitude, work ethic, and professionalism. They came back to assist and make sure everything was 100% satisfaction. I also really like the thoroughness of their pet care service compared to others I’ve witnessed.
