I am very thankful for the competence from my Dr. El Gassim at the Surprise and Sun City location. The front desk at the Surprise location needs to get some help from the Sun City location which without doubt is very helpful and kind, and professional.
Used pre-check-in. Walked in for my 1:45 appointment. Walked out at 2:23. All staff were friendly, efficient, professional; and Dr. Atodaria as usual kept me totally informed on how things were going on with my condition. Couldn’t have received any better care than that!
My last Ophthalmology office was quick and efficient for glaucoma and cataracts. This office took 1.5 hours to get me to the Doctor (who I thought was to be an ophthalmologist but was an optometrist). The techs did all the testing and not the doctor. 5 minutes after sitting with the doc - I was done. She couldn’t really respond to my cataract questions. Not what I was looking for. Everyone was nice.
